How do I get admitted?
At Sunrise Vista, you are just a phone call away from beginning your journey toward mental health. One of our clinicians will briefly consult with you and help you develop a treatment plan of care.
Where are you located?
Our campus is conveniently located between two major hospitals systems within minutes of Interstate 77 in Canton, Ohio (south of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park).
Do you offer any fitness options at Sunrise Vista?
Yes! We offer recreation therapy to encourage health and wellness in our participants!
What type of treatment is appropriate for my loved one?
We know that every individual who enters our campus has their own story and their own journey. The initial assessment with our clinical team will help us determine the programs that will be most appropriate for you or your loved one in the journey to mental health wellness. Once your loved one is admitted, our program director and team of clinicians will continue to offer ongoing assessments to ensure they continue providing the appropriate care.
How do I know if my family member is fit for the program?
The best way to determine what type of treatment will be the most helpful is to schedule an in-person no cost assessment. We don’t offer cookie-cutter treatment plans because each of our clients have their own unique needs.
Does Sunrise Vista accept insurance?
Yes. We are in-network with most Ohio insurance companies, and can work with many insurance plans. Please contact our admissions department 844-942-3007 to discuss how we can support you in getting the best coverage possible. We will be happy to discuss individual payment options with you.
Does Sunrise Vista accept Medicaid coverage?
Yes, we accept all managed Medicaid plans.
What is your admissions process?
To begin your journey toward mental health wellness at Sunrise Vista, please call our admissions department. Our dedicated, highly trained team Admissions will gather the necessary and important information about your family member, including insurance information and a brief medical history. If our clinical team is confident that we can help you and your loved one, we will move forward in scheduling an assessment. From there, your benefits and/or payment options will be documented, and our team will work towards getting your treatment approved by your insurance company. Once insurance is approved, we do our best to have your loved one admitted promptly.
